The ABS-Lock® Falz IV system is a fall arrest concept which was specially designed for implementation on metal seam roofs. Equipped with practical clamps for flexible and easy assembly, the Falz IV can be reliably attached to the seam profiles of various manufacturers.
The ABS-Lock® Falz IV is licensed and CE-tested as an anchorage point in accordance with DIN EN 795, classes A+B and can be used in combination with class C cable systems as either an end, corner or intermediate support. The ABS-Lock® Falz IV is made of rust-resistant stainless steel providing optimum protection against corrosion.

Simple assembly and low costs –outstanding features of the stainless steel Falz IV anchorage point. The Falz IV is noted for its reduced weight (around 3 kg) and the four easy-to-assemble clamps which provide a reliable grip on the following seam roofing materials:
- Aluminum
- Titanium zinc
- Corrision-proof, galvanized steel
The Falz IV is a single anchorage point providing a reliable anchor for up to three individuals simultaneously. This anchorage point is also suitable for horizontal loads in all directions. It is also possible to use the Falz IV as an end or intermediate support for cabling systems in accordance with DIN EN 795 class C. Instead of an anchorage eyelet the system can be fitted, for example, with a glide-over intermediate bracket from the SYS II or SYS IV series.

Falz IV’s high-quality aluminum clamps provide a strong grip on rounded-edge, angle, standing and double standing seam profile sheeting, such as those produced by Interfalz (standard), Corus Bausysteme: "KalZip" or Aluform (Alufalz/Aludeck). Thanks to the patented clamps, Falz IV assembly is easy, saving you both time and money. |
