The ABS-Lock® SD is an anchorage point for 3 individuals, designed for installation on sloping roofs. The ABS-Lock® SD can be adjusted to accommodate almost all angles and varying beam intervals.

The anchorage point is licensed and CE-tested for installation on wooden rafters in accordance with EN 795, types A and B, and additionally as a type C end or corner support in a fall protection cabling system. Being manufactured completely from stainless steel (material 1.4301) protects the ABS-Lock® SD from weather-related damage, such as corrosion.

Features
All ABS-Lock® SD components are manufactured completely from stainless steel (1.4301 material), making them ideal for long-term roof usage. The anchorage support is reinforced, preventing buckling.

Implementation & Installation
The ABS-Lock® SD is used on sloping roofs and is attached to two rafters using a long stainless steel crossbar. The rod  is fixed using two clamps (one on each side) and can be adjusted right up to the end of the installation process as required. The anchorage point, which is 400mm tall and Ø42mm in diameter, is clamped onto the crossbar and screwed tight.

Installation is completed by using self-drilling metal screws to fix the ABS-Lock® SD in place. The installation is sealed using a standard antenna tile.
